How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@modefit.ai with "Account Deletion" in the subject line. We'll process your request and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may also find an account deletion option within the app under Profile → Settings.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
If you're unable to sign in, try requesting a new sign-in link or password reset from the login screen. If the issue persists, email us at hello@modefit.ai with your email address and a description of what you're seeing.
Who is my AI coach?
Your AI coach is powered by MODE and configured specifically by your assigned personal trainer. It reflects your trainer's coaching philosophy, programming style, and guidelines. The AI coaching experience is different for each trainer's clients.
Can MODE replace my doctor or a medical professional?
No. MODE is a fitness coaching tool, not a medical service. AI-generated coaching is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, pain, or a potential injury, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. MODE includes safety features that may surface health-related concerns to your trainer, but this is not a substitute for medical care.
How is my data used?
